Welcome to Talmiro. These terms explain the nature of Talmiro’s services and what you can expect when using this website or booking a Roadmap Session.
EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE
Talmiro provides educational guidance, professional perspective, and personalized planning for nurses interested in becoming Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
Talmiro’s services are not legal, financial, medical, academic advising, or mental health services. Information provided through the website, a Roadmap Session, email, social media, or written materials is for general educational purposes.
NO GUARANTEE OF ADMISSION
Every nurse anesthesia program makes its own admissions decisions. Talmiro cannot guarantee an interview, acceptance, admission, academic success, certification, employment, or any other outcome.
Program requirements, deadlines, and admissions practices may change. Clients are responsible for confirming current information directly with each program.
INDEPENDENCE FROM CRNA PROGRAMS
Talmiro is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any nurse anesthesia program, university, admissions committee, accrediting organization, or employer.
Talmiro does not contact program directors or admissions personnel on a client’s behalf, influence admissions decisions, or provide special access to any school or program.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The value of a Roadmap Session depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of the information the client provides. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, applications, communications, deadlines, and actions.
Talmiro will not write letters of recommendation, impersonate an applicant, submit application materials, falsify information, or create work that a school requires the applicant to complete independently.
ROADMAP SESSIONS
A Roadmap Session includes a one-on-one conversation, personalized guidance based on the information provided, and a written roadmap summarizing priorities and recommended next steps.
Reasonable follow-up questions related to the session or roadmap are welcome. Follow-up support is intended to clarify the guidance already provided and does not create an ongoing or unlimited coaching relationship.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULING
Payment is due when an appointment is booked and is processed securely through Stripe.
The cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and missed-appointment terms displayed during booking are part of these terms. If an unexpected situation arises, clients may contact hello@talmiro.com, and Talmiro will make a reasonable effort to help when possible.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Talmiro will treat information shared during a session with care and will use it only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
However, electronic communication and online services cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients should not submit patient information, protected health information, workplace secrets, or other information they are not authorized to share.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Talmiro’s website content, written roadmaps, educational materials, branding, and original resources are provided for the client’s personal use. They may not be copied, sold, published, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Talmiro uses third-party services such as Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, and Google. Talmiro is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or privacy practices outside its reasonable control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talmiro is not responsible for decisions, losses, damages, missed opportunities, admissions outcomes, or other results arising from the use of its website, services, or educational guidance.
By using Talmiro’s services, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for evaluating the information provided and deciding how to act on it.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
